Hello and welcome!

I am an engineering manager used to working in a high pace environment with a large number of business users while looking after multiple teams and systems. In addition to looking after my teams and their wellbeing, I also define the workload for each stream, drive business requirements, and ensure we deliver on time and on scope.

Having a developer background working on Magento and SAP CC as well as native web development, I also have a good understanding of coding best practises, code quality, and system architecture.

I am a very fast learner and can pick up a new area quickly. I am able to pick up on issues with logic or architecture easily, and enjoy data analysis.
